Q: Is there a delivery fee for rentals

Yes. Our delivery fee ranges anywhere from $50-$300. Additional costs may vary based on exact circumstances so please be as detailed as possible about the drop off in your inquiry so that we can get a correct quote on the delivery charge. 

Q: What happens if I need to cancel? 

Please reach out to the email below if cancellation is necessary. Per the rental contract if a cancellation is received in writing at least 7 days prior to set start date, a refund of any monies paid minus the retainer fee will be commenced. Cancellation less than 2 days prior to the start date will obligate the Client to make full remaining payment of the total fees agreed upon. 

Q: How far in advance do I have to book? 

For all rentals, booking in advance two months is preferred. For wait-staffing or bartending, one month in advance is sufficient. 

Q: Does your company provide liquor? 

No, we do not provide the liquor as we do not carry a liquor license. We will happily serve any hosted event in which the host provides the liquor and we provide any and all professional bartending duties.

Q: What makes you qualified to work our event? 

Every member of our bartending team has over 15 years service industry experience either behind the bar, serving at 5-star restaurants, or working specialty events as bartenders. Our production team has five years experience working weddings and events supporting coordinators and clients alike bring their vision to life.

Q: Are your prices flexible? 

As for rentals and delivery charges these do not change. For our bartending packages, we understand that our base price will not be a one-size-fits-all situation. There are many factors and budgets that go into events and we're happy to adjust our prices to fit your unique situation.

Q: What relevant information will we need to provide?

Please provide your full name, email, phone number, date of event, location, estimated guest count, hours of service needed and any other information you can think of to allow us to get an idea of how we may best serve you. For all email inquiries, please include your full name and date of your event in the subject heading. 

Q: Does Namaka Events provide alcohol for bar services? 

No, Namaka Events does not provide alcohol. However, we will work with you and give you a detailed list of everything that you need to purchase.
